Sun Ray

Ray and Griselda visited the Tsais during one of the hottest weekends during the 2007 summer. Although the heat was unbearable, the group was able to catch up on old times, watch the Bruins beat Stanford 45-17, play some games, and Jaden got some quality time with his godfather.

Party Animal

Ray continues to make the most of life. He is diligent in staying in touch with his friends, enthusiastic about sports, obsessed with the Bruins, and always finding time to celebrate with others.

When It Rains...

A mutual friend's bachelor party brought Ray up to NorCal at the end of June 2006. Within the same week, the Tsais were able to see Ray in the LBC. Visiting this frequently can be addictive!

The Hair Stare

Ray had made a quick flight to Sacramento in April 2005 to celebrate Jaden's first birthday. He was greeted by Jaden, who could not stop laughing at the sight of his godfather's crazy hair.

...And the Bruins Won Happily Ever After

Ray took time in October 2005 to visit godson Jaden and root for the Bruins.

College Football Reunions

Since Julie and George can no longer make use of football season tickets and Rose Bowl tailgates, Ray has been helping encourage the Tsais to attend one UCLA game a year.

Ray, Matt and Laura made a trip up in 2004 to see UCLA play Cal. The weather was cold and so were the Bruins in the second half. But, it was a great way to see and hang with SoCal friends.

Ray visited in 2005, and Jaden joined in the festivities for the first time. The Bruins had an improbable comeback in the fourth quarter against Stanford, and Jaden couldn't stay asleep with the screaming and excitement in the stadium.

Fight Fight Fight!

For the first time since moving to Sacramento, the Tsais could take advantage of a Rose Bowl game during their 2006 fall break. They joined Ray and the other tailgaters to witness a Bruin win over Oregon State.
