Matea and Jono have shared so many experiences from the campaign trail to the wedding aisle, from the West Coast to the East Coast. They wed in August 2006 at a Napa vineyard.

It was pure coincidence that Matea's family was going to be in Sea Ranch the same weekend as Julie's. It was even crazier to find out that the two families had rented homes in the same cul-de-sac.

Congratulazioni
After years of intense travel, education, campaigns, and reporting, Matea and Jono finally decided to tie the knot. Jono waited for an Italian setting in December 2005 to propose.

A little surprise 30th for Matea in 2004 gave the old college roommates reason to reunite. That is, "old" as in "former"...
