Donna, George’s oldest sister, lost her battle with kidney cancer in 2001. She was 31. The night before she passed away, Donna and the entire family were able to say their goodbyes and bring some resolution to months of medical hardships and complications.

While the Tsai’s physically lost a family member, the event brought family and friends closer. In addition, they gained a new family member with Donna’s fiancé, Shawn.
